About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Technical

Supervisor – Civil to oversee day-to-day civil construction activities at our ongoing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) / Water Supply Project in Mirik, Darjeeling.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in civil site supervision, RCC works, measurements, quality control, and coordination with engineers, contractors, and site workers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil and RCC construction activities at the project site.
- Read and interpret civil, structural and construction drawings.
- Check and ensure proper line, level, alignment and dimensions as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor execution of RCC, concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry and other civil works.
- Take and verify site measurements and assist in preparation of quantity records.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors and workmen for smooth execution of works.




- Monitor the use and availability of construction materials at site.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining daily progress reports, measurement records and site documentation.
- Ensure proper workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with the project team for resolving day-to-day site issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and site procedures.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Projects
- Water Supply / Pipeline Projects
- RCC and structural construction
- Civil infrastructure projects
- Government / EPC / utility projects

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction and RCC works
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of measurement and quantity estimation
- Strong site supervision and workforce coordination skills
- Good understanding of construction materials and methods
- Ability to work independently at a project site
