- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via voice/Chat interactions
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Meet productivity, attendance, and performance targets

Salary Structure

32K CTC to 46K CTC (Depends on your English communication and Experience)

Work Schedule & Benefits

- 5 days working
- Rotational shifts & week offs
- 9.5 hours/day including 1 hour break
- Work From Office (WFO) only
- Partially paid cab facility available for eligible odd-hour shifts
- No leaves allowed during the first 3 months (except weekly offs)
