Ravago Manufacturing India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and technically strong Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth and customer development across South India. We are seeking professionals with deep expertise in TPE and TPV compounds, along with a passion for technical selling and application development.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide technical support and value-added solutions for elastomer applications (TPE & TPV).

✅ Conduct customer trials for Injection Molding, Extrusion, and Blown Film applications.

✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable grades or develop customized solutions.

✅ Troubleshoot processing and application-related challenges at customer sites.

✅ Develop new applications, identify business opportunities, and acquire recent customers.

✅ Monitor market trends, industry developments,



and competitor activities.

✅ Address customer concerns and drive effective resolutions.

✅ Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

? Polymer / Rubber Engineering background preferred.

? 8-12+ years of experience in the Polymer, Rubber, Elastomer, or Compounding industry.

? Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with TPE/TPV products.

? Strong understanding of elastomer formulations, processing technologies, and application development.

? Experience in customer trials, product development, and technical sales.

? Excellent customer management, technical problem-solving, and business development skills.
