About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have over 14 years of comprehensive experience, including more than 6 years specifically in project management within the BFSI domain, focusing on capital markets. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of independently managing multiple projects end-to-end, interfacing with clients across geographically dispersed locations, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating complex initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, and maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and domain knowledge, including:

- Minimum of 14 years of overall professional experience, with at least 6 years in project management within BFSI, particularly capital markets.
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager or TPM Lead, with a strong background in application development projects.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Restful API, SQL, and familiarity with software engineering management.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies,



capable of building 2-3 year roadmaps and conducting quarterly PI planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in onshore-offshore models, with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, GIT/Bitbucket, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and emerging technologies like GenAI, with an ability to understand their application in business contexts.
- Relevant educational background, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

- Planning, executing, and delivering strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
- Managing medium to large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different locations, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and tracking milestones to ensure project health and timely completion.
- Overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Facilitating effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Implementing project governance frameworks, creating comprehensive documentation, and preparing reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborating with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to support Agile practices and tracking development milestones.
- Performing risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and managing changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Ensuring resource availability, allocation, and optimal utilization to meet project demands.
- Leading problem-solving efforts,



resolving stakeholder conflicts, and removing project roadblocks.
- Mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting continuous improvement.
- Applying industry best practices, standards, and tools to ensure project success and quality standards.
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations to leadership, driving process improvements, and supporting organizational growth initiatives.
