About the Role:

Silent Infotech is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation, delivery, transformation, upgrade, migration, integration, and go-live programs for international customers. The role requires strong ownership of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination across functional consultants, developers, QA, DevOps, support teams, and customer stakeholders. Hands-on experience delivering ERP projects is mandatory.

Experience with Odoo ERP is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation projects from discovery and planning through configuration, development, integration, data migration, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and handover.
- Manage ERP transformation programs involving process redesign, legacy-system replacement, phased rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and multi-module implementations.
- Translate customer business requirements into structured project scope, milestones, work breakdown structures, delivery plans, and measurable acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams, developers, QA, DevOps, integration teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure aligned and timely delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets/effort, dependencies, change requests, risks, issues, and escalations.
- Lead customer meetings including project kick-offs, requirement reviews, steering/status meetings, UAT reviews, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support reviews.
- Ensure strong governance through project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, documentation, and delivery dashboards.
- Drive fit-gap analysis and ensure clear decisions between standard ERP functionality, configuration, customization, integration, and process change.
- Manage third-party integrations, APIs, middleware dependencies, data migration activities, and coordination with external vendors where applicable.
- Plan and govern SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, cutover planning, go-live checklists, rollback/contingency planning, and production readiness.




- Provide live customer interaction and leadership during critical go-live, hypercare, production support, and escalation situations.
- Identify delivery risks early, establish mitigation plans, remove blockers, and escalate decisions to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet agreed quality standards, contractual commitments, customer expectations, and internal delivery processes.
- Support presales and solution teams when required with project estimation, implementation approach, delivery timelines, resource planning, and proposal/RFP inputs.
- Mentor project coordinators and team members and contribute to continuous improvement of ERP delivery practices.

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 7+ years of overall professional experience in IT/ERP project delivery, with demonstrable responsibility for ERP implementation projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong ERP project/program management experience across proprietary and/or open-source ERP platforms.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, or comparable enterprise systems.
- Ability to understand both functional business processes and technical delivery dependencies including integrations, APIs, data migration, environments, and deployments.
- Robust stakeholder management, customer communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and escalation-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies, and teams while maintaining delivery visibility and accountability.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, effort tracking, action registers, and executive updates.
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Odoo Project, MS Project,



or equivalent is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, Management, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have:

- Valid US Business(B1/B2) visa.
- Prior onsite travel history for customer meetings, discovery, implementation, training, or go-live activities.
- Experience interacting directly with US, European, Middle East, or other international customers.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL, or ERP-vendor certifications.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, services, accounting, CRM, supply chain, or other ERP-intensive business domains.
- Willingness to travel onsite internationally based on project requirements.

- Risk, issue, dependency, and change-request closure effectiveness.
- UAT readiness, defect closure, and go-live success.
- Customer satisfaction and stakeholder communication quality.
- Post-go-live stabilization and reduction of critical escalations.
- Project documentation, governance, and reporting quality.
- Must have independently managed or played a lead delivery role in multiple end-to-end ERP implementations, including at least one production go-live.
- Must have experience working directly with customers and managing cross-functional functional and technical delivery teams.
- Strong experience in ERP implementation, business process transformation, migration, integration, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Experience with international customers and distributed teams is strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹742,762.43 - ₹1,498,623.55 per year
