About the opportunity We are building an early-stage AI venture focused on the future of child care and mental health — combining AI, speech intelligence and behavioural insights to create meaningful technology for the next generation. We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up. Responsibilities - Own and drive the technical architecture and development of the product.

- Build and integrate AI/ML, GenAI and speech/audio intelligence capabilities.
- Develop backend services, APIs and supporting infrastructure.
- Work closely with the founder on product architecture, experimentation and MVP development.
- Convert concepts and prototypes into working, scalable technology.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Take end-to-end ownership of technical decisions and execution.
- Collaborate on product, UX and the technology roadmap.

His experience spans Product Strategy & Frameworks, Product Architecture, Project Management, Technology, and BFSI operations, with hands-on involvement in shaping and building technology products. The technical co-founder will complement this experience with deep hands-on AI/ML and engineering capabilities, creating a strong combination of product vision + technology execution.
