Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for IT projects, including product owners, stakeholders, and developers.
- Analyze complex business problems and develop solutions using technical expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Work closely with project managers to plan and execute projects on time, ensuring effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders on system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints.

Job Requirements :

- 10-12 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role in an IT services & consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Power BI or Tableau; strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
