Position: Technical Architect / Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET Core &

- Next.js)

Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.

- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in technical leadership or solution architecture.

- Proven experience leading a team (Frontend and Backend).

- Experience delivering enterprise-grade web applications using Agile methodologies.

Technical Skills

Backend

- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 8 (or later).

- Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, Dependency Injection, and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with authentication and authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).

- Familiarity with background job processing tools such as Hangfire or Azure Functions.

Frontend

- Solid expertise in Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

- Experience with modern UI frameworks and styling technologies such as Tailwind CSS, ShadCN UI, Material UI, and responsive web design.

- Knowledge of state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API) and frontend optimization techniques.

- Good understanding of SSR, CSR, SSG, and ISR in Next.js.

Cloud &

- DevOps

- Experience with Microsoft Azure services.

- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and container-based deployments.





Architecture

- Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Microservices Architecture.

- Ability to design scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance enterprise applications.

- Experience making architectural decisions and defining technical standards.

Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.

- Conduct architecture and code reviews.

- Establish coding standards and development best practices.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers.

- Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills

- Understanding of automated testing concepts and familiarity with tools such as xUnit, NUnit, Jest, Playwright, Cypress, and SonarQube.

- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Azure AI services.

- Microsoft Azure certifications.

- Experience in ERP, Maritime, Logistics, or HR/Payroll domains.
