- Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs to drive consistent mutual fund sales.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and product updates for IFAs to enhance engagement and knowledge.
- Achieve sales targets through IFAs by offering product solutions and business development support.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during IFA onboarding and transactions.
- Monitor performance metrics, track IFA productivity, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide operational and service support to IFAs.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor strategies.
