Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Team Leader located in New Delhi. The Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, ensure that team performance goals and targets are met, and inspire team members to deliver high-quality outputs. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks,



monitoring performance, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering a collaborative setting for the team to thrive.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively guide and motivate team members.
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability to address challenges and improve workflows.
- Proficiency in using management and reporting tools, along with expertise in monitoring team performance metrics.
- Prior experience in the home appliances or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts
