Job Summary

ADA Tech Solution is looking for an experienced and responsible Customer Support Team Leader to lead a team of customer support executives. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance, handling escalations, supporting team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of customer support executives.
- Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to team members.
- Track team targets, KPIs, productivity, and attendance.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share updates with management.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support,



team handling, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good leadership and people-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
