Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative and solution-based selling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies , sales processes , and client agreements .
- Set sales goals , monitor performance, and report regularly to management.
- Develop sales strategies to boost pipeline growth and improve conversions.
- Train, coach, and mentor the team for continuous improvement in productivity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and ensure the timely resolution of client issues.

Requirements:




- Overall work experience should be 2+ years ( relevant )
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager/Team Manager in SaaS , B2B , or service-based sales .
- Strong knowledge of sales processes , compliance , and reporting .
- Exceptional communication , negotiation , and people-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to hit targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools , reporting , and MS Office .
