NJob Overview:

NWe are seeking an experienced and energetic Team Leader for our Telesales vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of telecallers, driving insurance sales (Motor, Health, Life), and ensuring overall team targets are met. You will play a crucial role in mentoring the team, monitoring call quality, and implementing strategies to maximize conversion rates.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15-20 telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team KPIs (Call Volume, Talk Time, Conversion Rate, Premium generated).

- Call Quality & Coaching: Conduct regular call audits, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to improve communication and pitch effectiveness.
N
- Sales Strategy: Assist the management in formulating telesales strategies,



script optimizations, and objection-handling techniques.
N
- Escalation Handling: Resolve customer escalations effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction and policy issuance.

- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate performance reports (MIS) to senior management.
N
- Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to all IRDAI guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards during customer interactions.

nRequirements:

- Minimum 3-5 yearsof experience in Telesales/Outbound sales, with at least 1-2 years in a Team Leader role.

- Prior experience in theInsurance sector (Motor, Health, or Life) is highly preferred.

- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel for MIS reporting).

- High energy, target-oriented, and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
