About Job The Team Lead, Global Mobility at Multiplier is a pivotal role overseeing the dynamic global mobility team. This position requires expertise in supervising immigration consultants, conducting thorough case reviews, and managing complex immigration cases. A significant aspect of this role is to ensure the team meets performance metrics, such as KPI tracking and effective case management, to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. As a Team Lead, you will manage immigration and visa cases end-to-end, either in-house or through third-party providers.

Your role will involve coordinating projects and deals in the pipeline, leveraging your knowledge of immigration requirements. Additionally,



you will support the expansion team with ad hoc projects and contribute to training new team members, enhancing the team's overall effectiveness.

Skills & Qualification

- Strong experience in global mobility and immigration with 7+ years in the field, providing deep insights into the complexities of international relocation
- Proven track record in supervising and mentoring junior staff, ensuring professional development and high-quality service delivery
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English, to effectively convey complex information and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Strong ability in conducting detailed case reviews and managing complex immigration cases to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Experience in handling escalations and providing solutions for complex cases, demonstrating problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of immigration laws and requirements, aiding in the seamless navigation of legal processes
- Project management skills to coordinate and execute projects in the pipeline, ensuring successful outcomes

Responsibilities

- Supervise the global mobility team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence
- Oversee immigration and visa cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance and productive processing
- Conduct case reviews regularly to maintain high accuracy and adherence to legal standards
- Manage escalations and complex cases, providing expert solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Track and report on team performance metrics, such as KPIs, to drive continuous improvement
- Support the global mobility team on ad hoc projects
- Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed
