Role Description The Teacher at Satva Edu will design and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences that support holistic development, including cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging lessons, organizing nature and arts-based activities, observing and documenting child progress, and maintaining a secure, nurturing classroom environment. The Teacher will communicate regularly with families, collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and events,



and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring daily presence at the learning center and active involvement in school routines, meetings, and child-centered initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in Education and child development relevant to early childhood.
- Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning and curriculum design for ages 9 months to 6 years.
- Proven Teaching experience with young learners and skill in adapting methods to diverse needs.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging children, collaborating with colleagues, and partnering with families.
- Experience in Training or mentoring, or willingness to participate in ongoing professional learning.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Comfort working with nature-based, arts-integrated, and culture-centered learning approaches.
- Ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom and manage groups of young children with patience and care.
