Job Overview:

We are looking for a warm, patient, and creative Preschool Teacher to nurture and guide young children during their early developmental years. The ideal candidate will create a protected, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn through play, exploration, and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities to support cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Use play-based learning methods such as storytelling, music, art, and games
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide regular feedback to parents and administration
- Encourage good behavior, manners, and basic life skills
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for school activities and events




- Handle children with care, empathy, and patience at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduation from 10th
- Higher education or certifications will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, creative, empathetic, and nurturing personality
- Strong classroom management abilities
