Role Description The Tax Associate is a full-time, on-site (Jodhpur) / remote. This position involves preparing individual and business tax returns, supporting tax planning initiatives, and assisting with tax compliance activities throughout the year.

The Tax

Associate will review financial records, analyze tax-related data, and research tax law changes to ensure accurate filings and adherence to regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining organized work papers, communicating with clients to obtain necessary information,



and collaborating with senior team members on complex tax matters. The role may support audit engagements and business consulting projects as needed, while consistently upholding firm standards for quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Tax Preparation and Tax Compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Tax and Tax Law and the ability to research relevant regulations.
- Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Finance and basic accounting principles.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with tax and accounting software, spreadsheets, and documentation tools.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team workplace.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications or progress toward CA/CPA or equivalent are an advantage.
- Prior internship or experience in tax or public accounting is beneficial.
