The company maintains a substantial inventory of 5,000–6,000 MT of material at its Ahmedabad warehouse, enabling reliable, timely delivery to customers.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tax Accountant role based in Vadodara.

The Tax

Accountant will manage day-to-day tax compliance activities, including preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns, ensuring adherence to relevant Indian tax regulations.

Responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, supporting monthly and annual closing, and preparing tax-related schedules and documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal accounting teams, external auditors, and tax authorities,



as well as monitoring changes in tax laws and advising management on their impact.

The Tax

Accountant will also assist in optimizing tax positions, reducing risks, and maintaining accurate financial records to support decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Tax, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Accounting and the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using accounting and tax software, along with MS Excel.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in tax accounting or corporate taxation, preferably within trading, distribution, or manufacturing sectors, is beneficial.
