TATA AIG Health Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Health Insurance Specialist to join our TATA AIG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling TATA AIG health insurance products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and engage potential customers to understand their health insurance needs and provide suitable TATA AIG health insurance solutions.

- Present and explain various TATA AIG health insurance products, features, benefits, and policy terms to prospective clients in a explicit and concise manner.

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for health insurance policies through effective lead generation, follow-up, and closing techniques.

- Build and maintain strong,



long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, including policy issuance, renewals, and claims assistance.

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend personalized health insurance plans that align with customer requirements and budget.

- Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions comply with TATA AIG's internal policies and regulatory guidelines set by IRDAI.

- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required by management.

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and changes in health insurance regulations to effectively position TATA AIG offerings.

- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.

- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely assistance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
