Position: Tandoori Commis / Helper

Salary:

- Experienced Candidate: ₹17,000 + Incentives
- Fresher: ₹15,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing Tandoori items according to company recipes and standards.
- Support the Tandoori Chef/Commis in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and marinate ingredients as required.
- Assist with operating and maintaining the tandoor safely.
- Ensure proper cooking, portioning, taste, and presentation of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor area and workstation.
- Follow food safety and kitchen safety procedures.
- Assist with proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team during busy operating hours.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager/Chef.

Requirements:





- Previous experience in Tandoori preparation is preferred for the Commis position.
- Fresher candidates with an interest in learning Tandoori cooking may apply for the Helper position.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and safety.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Team player with a positive and disciplined approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- F&B;: 2 years (Required)
