We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Interns to join our growing team and gain hands-on exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What You Will Do

- Support candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate conversations.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring data.
- Support the TA team across end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Learn and contribute to real-time hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.

What We are Looking For

- Students/recent graduates pursuing HR, Management or a related field.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Prior recruitment internship/experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
