Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements from respective departments.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Coordinate selection, salary discussion, offer release, and joining.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.

- Support campus hiring and recruitment drives.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and timelines.

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Auto Components preferred.
