Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for S.P. Yarns, with a strong focus on Sales &

- Marketing, Exports, Logistics, Sourcing and related business functions. The role will involve hiring talent in India as well as supporting international recruitment for overseas markets such as South America, China, Vietnam and Sri Lanka, across both Yarn and Fabric businesses.

- Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager and other managerial-level positions

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to offer release and joining.

- Understand job requirements and prepare clear, market-aligned JDs for technical, commercial and managerial positions.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, employee referrals, consultants, industry networks, social media and international talent pools.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for Yarn Sales,



Fabric Sales, Sourcing, Export Marketing, Logistics and other textile-related roles.

- Conduct candidate screening, preliminary interviews and structured assessments based on role requirements.

- Coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers and management.

- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback follow-ups and selection coordination.

- Support international hiring for markets including South America, China, Vietnam and Sri Lanka, including sourcing candidates from overseas locations.

- Research and develop international candidate pools for Yarn and Fabric Sales, Business Development and Sourcing positions.

- Coordinate with overseas candidates regarding role expectations, location, compensation, availability and relocation requirements where applicable.

- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS covering sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining status and hiring turnaround time.

- Build relationships with textile institutes, recruitment consultants, qualified networks and industry talent communities.

Support salary benchmarking and candidate negotiation in coordination with HR and management.
