Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data, AI, Analytics, ML, and Engineering roles.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other talent channels.

- Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

- Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche analytics and technology skills.

- Track recruitment metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

- Strong experience hiring for Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Analytics, BI, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Digital roles.

- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and social media platforms.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced setting.
