Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and screen qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure an productive, timely, and seamless hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven HR and recruitment tools is preferred.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition for Field Sales roles within the Pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
