- Perform tack welding of fabrication components as per engineering drawings and production specifications.

- Read and understand fabrication drawings, dimensions, and weld symbols.

- Position, align, and hold plates, beams, channels, angles, and structural components before final welding.

- Operate MIG/MAG or tack welding equipment as required.

- Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, level, gap, and squareness before tack welding.

- Use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, scale, try square, and welding gauges.

- Check tack welds for proper strength, size, and positioning.

- Coordinate with Fabrication Fitters, MIG Welders, QC Inspectors, and Production Supervisors.

- Make necessary corrections if components are misaligned or incorrectly positioned.

- Follow daily production targets and quality standards.

- Maintain proper 5S, housekeeping, and workplace safety.

- Use required PPE and follow welding safety procedures.

- Handle materials and components carefully to avoid damage and distortion.

- Report quality issues, dimensional problems, or machine/equipment issues to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
