Talend Developer / Data Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

We are looking for an experienced Talend Developer / Data Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data integration and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Talend, along with hands-on experience in modern data warehousing, database management, and DevOps-driven data engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend.
- Work on data migration, integration, and transformation projects involving large-scale datasets.
- Develop and optimize data workflows using SQL and cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Leverage experience with DataStage and/or Informatica for migration, enhancement, or support initiatives.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes for data integration solutions.
- Manage source code repositories using GitHub and follow version control best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects,



and application teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize ETL processes for efficiency and reliability.
- Follow DevOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of data platforms

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Talend Data Integration.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and performance tuning.
- Experience working with Snowflake.
- Knowledge of DataStage and/or Informatica.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in GitHub and version control practices.
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies and automation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Exposure to data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
