Role & responsibilities

- Sourcing: Find candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referral programs.

- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

- Candidate Experience: Maintain transparent communication with applicants to deliver a positive and professional impression of the company.

- Offer & Onboarding: Manage the offer process, coordinate reference checks, and assist with smooth employee onboarding.

- Data & Tracking: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources,

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting. Must have experience in hiring healthcare positions. Better to have consultancy recruitment experience

- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.

- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with social media sourcing techniques and basic employment laws.
