Supply and Dispatch Manager – Noble Resource Products The Supply and Dispatch Manager at Noble Resource Products, our notebook manufacturing division, is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely movement of goods from production to customer delivery. This role oversees the end-to-end supply chain operations, bridging factory output with market demand, and plays a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for reliability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and monitor the dispatch of finished notebooks to distributors, retailers, e-commerce partners, and institutional clients.
- Coordinate with production, warehousing, and logistics teams to align dispatch schedules with manufacturing output.
- Optimize inventory control, packaging, labeling, and documentation for seamless flow of goods.
- Liaise with transporters, courier partners, and freight forwarders to negotiate rates, track deliveries, and resolve logistics issues.
- Ensure compliance with local transport regulations, GST documentation, and tender dispatch guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of stock movement, delivery schedules, and cost analysis to support management in decision-making.




- Supervise a team of warehouse and dispatch staff, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Implement process improvements to minimize delays, reduce wastage, and increase cost-efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, dispatch planning tools, and inventory management software.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for dealing with transport agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving ability under time-sensitive and high-volume dispatch conditions.
- Leadership skills to manage teams and instill accountability in supply operations.
