Position Overview The Supply Chain Management Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, order processing, supplier coordination, and delivery operations. The role requires strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and other required supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock movement.
- Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.
- Work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, logistics providers, sales teams, finance, and other internal departments.
- Verify purchase and delivery documents, invoices, bills, and related records.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement, inventory, logistics, orders, and supply chain performance.
- Identify supply chain issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.




- Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and supply chain policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all supply chain transactions.
- Assist in forecasting material requirements based on business demand and inventory levels.
- Perform other supply chain and operational duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience 2-4 years in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, or operations is preferred.
