About ROOTKRAFT EDU CONSULTANCY

ROOTKRAFT EDU CONSULTANCY provides overseas education counselling and admission support to students planning to study abroad. Our services include university and course selection, application assistance, SOP and documentation support, scholarship guidance, student visa assistance, IELTS coaching, and pre-departure support.

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Study Abroad Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Specialist who can generate genuine student enquiries through online marketing and, when required, physical student outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Generate qualified study-abroad student leads through organic and paid digital marketing.

Promote ROOTKRAFT EDU CONSULTANCY across relevant social media platforms.

Develop and implement organic lead-generation strategies targeting students interested in studying abroad.

Plan, run and optimize Google Ads campaigns for student enquiries.

Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Create and promote engaging content related to overseas education, universities, courses, scholarships, admissions and study-abroad opportunities.

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates on leads generated and campaign results.

Suggest new strategies to improve lead quality and student enquiries.





Physical / Offline Student Campaigns — Based on Requirement

Participate in physical student outreach campaigns when required.

Visit coaching centres, colleges, universities, IELTS/PTE institutes, training institutes and other relevant locations for student outreach.

Establish contacts with coaching centres, colleges and training institutes for potential collaborations.

Support seminars, career counselling sessions and education awareness programmes when required.

Interact with prospective students and explain ROOTKRAFT EDU CONSULTANCY's study-abroad services.

Collect genuine student enquiries and coordinate with the counselling team for follow-up.

Required Experience

Proven experience in study-abroad / overseas education lead generation is mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have:

Previous experience generating leads for study-abroad consultancies, overseas education companies, universities, or similar businesses.

Demonstrated experience in organic student lead generation.

Practical experience with social media marketing.

Experience running Google Ads for lead generation.

Experience with WhatsApp campaigns / WhatsApp marketing.





Willingness to participate in physical campaigns when required.

Ability to approach and coordinate with coaching centres, colleges and training institutes.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of students interested in studying abroad.

Ability to generate genuine and relevant student enquiries, rather than only social media engagement.

Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Work Arrangement

This is a freelance, part time position and is not a full-time job.

The selected candidate will work approximately one day per week, on a mutually agreed day based on the candidate's availability.

The work may include

Online activities: Organic lead generation, social media promotion, Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns and digital outreach.

Physical activities: Student outreach at coaching centres, colleges and training institutes based on requirement.

Compensation: ₹1,000 per working day.

Physical campaigns will be conducted only when required and mutually agreed upon.
