About the Studio

18% Gray Studio is a photography and creative studio in Hyderabad. We work on actor portfolios and look tests, portraits, pets, weddings, content creation, creative shoots and studio rentals.

We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive Studio Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations while also helping us manage clients, leads and business development.

What You’ll Do

- Manage day-to-day studio operations and ensure the studio is ready for the scheduled shoots.
- Manage studio bookings, schedules and shoot assignments
- Handle client enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and email
- Share quotations, booking details and timings and follow up promptly
- Understand client requirements and coordinate the right photographer/team
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors and vendors
- Follow up on bookings, payments and project deliveries
- Maintain a tracker of ongoing projects and delivery schedules.
- Update and maintain client and lead information in excel
- Follow up with potential clients and help convert enquiries into bookings
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.




- Assist with quotations, invoices and basic reports
- Support the studio owner with daily coordination and administrative work

What We’re Looking For

You should be

- Positive with people and confident speaking with clients
- Well organized and good at follow-ups
- Responsible and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Good with WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer work
- Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Interested in photography, media, creative work or working with people

Experience

1–4 years preferred, but freshers with the right attitude and good communication skills are welcome.

Experience in photography, weddings, events, film/production, creative agencies, hospitality, sales or customer service will be an advantage.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, keeping things organized, solving day-to-day problems and making sure clients and the studio team have a smooth experience.
