Position: UPSC Mentor

Job Responsibilities:

- Mentor and guide UPSC Civil Services aspirants throughout their preparation journey.
- Conduct mentorship sessions, doubt-solving sessions, and strategy discussions.
- Guide students on UPSC Mains answer writing, Essay, GS, and Interview preparation.
- Help students create personalized study plans and preparation strategies.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct mock discussions/interviews and help students improve their communication and presentation skills.
- Share practical insights from personal UPSC preparation experience.
- Motivate students and help them stay consistent and focused.

Eligibility & Requirements:





- Must have appeared for UPSC Mains or Personality Test/Interview in at least 2 attempts.
- Robust understanding of the UPSC Civil Services Examination process and preparation strategy.
- Good communication and mentoring skills.
- Strong knowledge of Current Affairs, General Studies, and UPSC preparation.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience will be an added advantage.
- Passion for guiding and supporting UPSC aspirants.
