Job Title: Student Mentor – Sales

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide and counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.

- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-up and relationship building.

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

- Achieve admission and revenue targets.

- Handle phone calls, walk-ins, and online leads.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates.

- Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in education sales, academic counselling, or student admissions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid sales and negotiation abilities.

- Target-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
