Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective leads, introduce company offerings, answer inquiries, and schedule follow-ups or appointments.
- Customer Handling: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear product/service information and resolving basic issues with professional communication.
- Office Administration: Maintain accurate lead logs and customer data in spreadsheets/CRM systems, assist with report preparation, and manage routine office paperwork.
- Sales Support: Assist the senior sales team with client follow-ups, preparing sales materials, and closing potential leads.
Pay: From ₹12,500.00 per month
