This opportunity is designed for candidates who want to gain practical experience in an organizational environment while developing their communication, counselling and target-oriented working skills.

About the Role

As a Student Counselling / Admissions Intern, you will work with the admissions team and interact with students and prospective candidates who enquire about aviation and career-oriented courses.

You will receive structured training and practical exposure in:

Student counselling

Telecalling and follow-up

In-person student interaction

Lead management

Admissions counselling

Communication and interpersonal skills

Customer relationship management

Target-oriented working

Basic sales and conversion techniques

Using company systems and software

Maintaining student and lead records

Professional workplace and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

Contact students who enquire about UFly International Academy courses.

Understand students' educational background, interests and career goals.

Explain suitable courses and admission procedures.

Conduct follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with prospective students.

Handle student enquiries through telephone and in-person interactions.

Assist students through the admission process.

Maintain accurate lead and student information in the company system.

Work towards assigned admission and conversion targets.

Follow up with interested students and parents when required.

Maintain professional communication with students.

Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.

Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Learn and follow the organization's sales and counselling processes.





Training & Assessment

Selected candidates will undergo an initial training period.

Training duration: Approximately 3 days to 1 month, depending on the candidate's learning progress and performance.

Candidates will be evaluated during the training period through practical assessments, communication performance, product knowledge, calling performance and overall suitability for the role.

Continuation in the program will be based on successfully meeting the required training and performance standards.

Internship & Performance-Based Stipend

During the internship, candidates will receive a performance-based stipend/incentive structure linked to successful admissions, as communicated during the selection process.

The role is target-oriented, and candidates are expected to actively participate in calling, counselling, follow-ups and admission conversion activities.

Important Information

This is a target-oriented student counselling and admissions role. Candidates should be comfortable with telecalling, student interaction, follow-ups and working towards admission targets.

The internship is intended to provide practical professional experience and may lead to full-time employment for candidates who demonstrate the required performance and suitability for the organization.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
