Role Description -

The role is responsible for originating, structuring, evaluating, and executing structured credit transactions across multiple sectors. The incumbent will manage end-to-end deal execution, including client engagement, financial analysis, credit evaluation, transaction structuring, syndication, documentation, disbursement, and portfolio monitoring while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities -

-Originate structured finance and private credit opportunities across sectors such as Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Social Infrastructure, NBFCs,



Renewable Energy, and other corporate segments.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, promoters, financial institutions, investors, AIFs, and intermediaries.

-Identify funding requirements and propose innovative structured financing solutions aligned with client needs.

-Generate new business opportunities and expand the structured credit portfolio.

-Lead client discussions and manage end-to-end deal execution from origination to closure.

-Draft, negotiate, and finalize term sheets and transaction structures with borrowers, investors, and lenders.

-Coordinate with legal, compliance, credit, operations, and risk teams to achieve timely sanctions and approvals.

-Facilitate execution of transaction documents, conditions precedent, disbursements, and post-disbursement compliances.

Education Qualification -

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / FRM / Engineering with Finance specialization from a reputed institution.

Experience -

- 7 to 12 years of experience in Structured Finance, Credit Syndication, Corporate Banking, Wholesale Banking, Project Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Credit.
- Proven experience in transaction origination, structuring, syndication, and execution.
- Experience working with NBFCs, Banks, AIFs, Private Credit Funds, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Renewable Energy sectors will be preferred.
