ESAL Tea Machinery Manufacturing Factory is expanding its production team and is looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our manufacturing facility.

We are looking for candidates with experience in industrial machinery manufacturing, structural fabrication, welding, and engineering design. Experience in the tea machinery industry will be an added advantage.

- STRUCTURAL FABRICATOR – 2 POSITIONS

Important: Candidates must have strong structural fabrication experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Fabricate structural frames, platforms, supports, hoppers, ducts, tanks, and machinery structures.
- Read and understand fabrication and engineering drawings.
- Carry out cutting, fit-up, alignment, drilling, grinding, and assembly work.
- Fabricate large and medium-sized machinery structures accurately.
- Work with MS and SS materials as required.
- Coordinate with welders and production team.
- Ensure proper dimensions, alignment, and quality of fabricated components.





Required Experience:
- Strong experience in structural steel fabrication.
- Experience in industrial machinery or equipment fabrication preferred.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings.
- Experience with MS/SS fabrication is an advantage.
- Tea machinery manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
