About The Vegetable Studio The Vegetable Studio is a modern fresh fruit and vegetable retail store focused on providing customers with high-quality, fresh and carefully selected produce, along with juices and other fresh offerings.

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Store Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations, team management, inventory, pricing, B2B business and financial performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities1. Store & Operations Management

- Take overall responsibility for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, well-stocked and customer-ready at all times.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures and ensure all daily operational activities are completed properly.
- Identify operational issues and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure company policies, processes and standards are followed by all employees.

1. Employee & Team Management

- Supervise and manage all store employees.

3.Pricing & MARG System Management
- Maintain and update product selling prices in the MARG billing/inventory system.
- Regularly update prices based on purchase costs, market prices and management instructions.
- Set and maintain B2B/customer-specific pricing in the system.

1. B2B Sales Management

- Manage day-to-day B2B orders and customer requirements.




- Coordinate pricing and quotations for B2B customers.

1. Finance & Cash Management

- Oversee the daily financial operations of the store.
- Monitor daily sales, cash, UPI, card and other payment collections.
- Ensure daily sales and cash reconciliation is completed accurately.
- Monitor expenses and petty cash.

Candidate Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in retail, grocery, FMCG, fresh produce or a similar business.
- Previous experience managing a retail store/team is preferred.
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Comfortable working with billing/inventory software such as MARG or similar systems.
- Good understanding of basic accounting, cash management and margins.
- Robust Excel/computer skills.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Honest, responsible and comfortable handling financial and inventory-related responsibilities.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on retail environment.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire store, rather than only supervise employees. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing people, stock, pricing, B2B customers, cash, systems and day-to-day operations while keeping a close eye on sales, margins and profitability.

Salary: ₹ 35000 - 45000 per month + performance incentives

Reporting To: Business Owner / Management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
