We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with strong expertise in fashion retail, store operations, sales and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the team, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead, train and motivate the store team
- Drive retail sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Handle customer queries and ensure a good customer experience
- Manage inventory, stock movement and replenishment
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales and internal teams
- Maintain store presentation, product displays and visual merchandising
- Monitor billing, reporting and operational processes
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain team discipline, productivity and company standards
- Handle retail and wholesale customer requirements as required





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Store Manager / Retail Manager
- Robust experience in Fashion & Apparel Retail
- Good knowledge of store operations and retail sales
- Proven experience in team management and target achievement
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management
- Leadership and people-management skills
- Understanding of fashion/apparel products and retail operations
- Ability to manage retail and wholesale customers
- Organized, confident and result-oriented approach
