Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store room and cold room.

- Receive, verify and properly store raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system records.

- Ensure all materials are stored in the correct location and under prescribed storage conditions.

- Strictly follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and ensure products/materials are issued accordingly.

- Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers and stock condition and immediately report discrepancies or damaged/expired stock.

- Maintain required temperature and hygiene standards in cold room and storage areas.

- Ensure store rooms and cold rooms remain clean, organised and free from unnecessary/non-food items.

- Issue materials to production against authorised requirements and maintain proper documentation.

- Maintain daily inventory reports, stock movement records and variance reports.





- Maintain and submit daily/periodic production reports accurately and on time.

- Coordinate with the Production and Management teams regarding material requirements and stock availability.

- Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate shortages, excess stock and slow-moving materials.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and support stock audits.

- Ensure proper documentation of all inward, outward and production-related material movements.

- Immediately report any stock variance, wastage, leakage, damage, temperature deviation or hygiene issue to the concerned manager.

- Ensure all store-related SOPs and company policies are followed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
