Job Purpose and Scope:

Responsible for effective functioning of stores department by managing handling, storage, identification and traceability of materials

Accountability Result Indicator

- Material Receipt & issuance as per timelines
- Adherence to process required for documentation
- Compliance to budget
- Value of goods damaged
- Dispatches of Goods as per timeline

Role & responsibilities :

- Responsible for Receipt of RM, PM SFG, FG and Consumable material as per GMP System and their recording.
- Distribution of Raw and Packing Materials & SFG to all third-party locations as per the requirement.
- Dispensing and insurance of RM & PM to production and R & D as per requirement.
- Handling of consumable, returnable material and scrap, spent & byproducts.
- handling of Rejected / Damaged material and co ordinate with purchase / planning for the faster action.
- Physical stock verification for RM, PM, FG & intermediate at regular interval.
- Management of Sales return Goods: Receipt,



Storage & intimation give to concern department & action plan as per the decision.
- Preparation & maintain of GMP documents of Warehouse.
- Audit Preparation: Maintain of all GMP records, cleanness of area, proper arrangement of material, Tank firm area arrangement and cleaning, External Warehouse cleaned & material proper arrangement.
- Prepare PR of Service & Consumable material & bill booking and all SAP entries related to receipt, issuance & dispatches on time
- Responsible for the emergency rescue plan & safety co-ordination for department activities and all safety compliances.
- Co-ordinate with planning department, logistic department, CHA and Local courier for dispatch activity also with quality for internal checks.
- Preparation of the dispatch documents i.e. Tax invoice, Commercial invoice, packing list, annexure C1 etc.
- Prepare E WayBill and support to the GST returns documentations.
- All sample dispatches
- Co-Ordinate with transporter for dispatch and optimization of internal logistics.
