Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stores Executive to manage site stores operations for a large-scale residential township project at Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material receipt and issuance, stock reconciliation, vendor coordination, and maintaining proper documentation for construction materials and consumables.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day stores operations at project site.

•Handle receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of construction materials.

•Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and ERP entries.

•Monitor material consumption and maintain minimum stock levels.

•Coordinate with Purchase, Projects, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow.

•Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.

•Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials to avoid damage or wastage.

•Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, stock movement, and material usage.

•Maintain inward/outward challans, GRNs, delivery records, and documentation.

•Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and audit requirements.

•Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely material delivery.

Key Skills Required

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in residential real estate projects, townships, apartments, bungalows, villas, plotting developments will be preferred.

Store Manager / Project Head

Job Profile

- Preparation daily GRN in ERP, Daily entry of issue slips and return slips, making

indent of material.
- Maintaining quality reports offline mode, Maintain stock ledger in ERP.
- To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of material. Maintain

minimum stock in store for all raw material and consumable.
- Maintain the FIFO system in store.
- Maintain store area clean and tidy ,proper loading and unloading in store dept.
- Proper follow-up with manufacturing team for finished goods as well as

handling accurate receipt of finished goods.
- Monitoring outbound activity from plant on daily basis, supply of material.
- Monitor safety norms in the store & giving awareness to labours & drivers

about secure working in the store. Safe movement of Forklifts, Electric Trolleys as per safety norms within premise.
- Manage, monitor and maintain proper inventory records of the movement of

goods in and out of the store.
- Co-ordinate with Job workers and suppliers for supply of raw material on

Schedule.
- Co-ordinate with purchase department for timely availability of Raw Material in

store.
