Job Profile

- Manage day-to-day store activities and maintain stock.
- Receive incoming material and verify quantity and quality.
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward material.
- Issue materials to different departments as per requirement.
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory in Excel/software.
- Conduct regular physical stock checking and maintain stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with purchase, Production and Accounts teams.
- Prepare material receiving and issues documents.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned person for re-ordering.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and properly labelled.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Support stock audits and prepare required reports.
