Role Description The Store Executive role at EcoFone is a full-time, on-site position based in Gorakhpur. In this role, the Store Executive manages day-to-day store operations, including assisting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities include presenting and explaining refurbished smartphone features, guiding customers through product selection, processing sales and returns, and maintaining accurate billing and inventory records.

Executive helps keep the store organized, visually appealing,



and aligned with brand standards, while meeting sales targets and following company policies. This role also involves coordinating with the team to support promotional activities and sharing customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.

Qualifications

- Robust customer service and communication skills to assist customers effectively and address inquiries professionally.
- Experience or knowledge in retail and sales to manage store operations, product displays, and sales processes.
- Background in commerce or related fields to handle billing, cash management, and basic inventory tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in transactions.
- Basic understanding of smartphones and technology, with willingness to learn about refurbished devices and sustainability.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English for clear interaction with diverse customers.
- Prior experience in electronics or mobile retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
