Role Description The Station Manager – Jaipur at DEPENDO (Altruist Co.) is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India, responsible for overseeing daily station operations and ensuring efficient logistics execution. The role involves planning and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, managing staff schedules, and maintaining service quality in line with company standards.

The Station

Manager coordinates with cross-functional teams, resolves operational issues,



and ensures timely delivery and accurate documentation. This role also focuses on optimizing resources, maintaining safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement in station performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including resource planning, process optimization, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, and service quality.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership and Training skills to guide, motivate, and develop station staff.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing operations, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work on-site with a hands-on approach, using data and technology tools for decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
