Key responsibilities：
- Prepare and issue equipment datasheets, material requisitions and technical specifications.
- Perform or verify mechanical design calculations and thickness sizing.
- Review vendor drawings, calculations and welding / NDT / heat treatment proposals.
- Support technical bid evaluation, clarifications and vendor kick-off meetings.
- Ensure compliance with ASME VIII, TEMA, API 650/620/661 and client standards.
- Support inspection, FAT and site queries until mechanical completion.
Qualifications & experience：
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical or Chemical & Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 to 18 years of static equipment engineering in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
- Proficient with pressure vessel design software.
- Positive command of written and spoken English.
