Role Overview
CanKids KidsCan is looking for experienced State Coordinators to lead and manage state-level healthcare programs under its National Outreach Program.
The candidate should have solid knowledge and experience in healthcare/public health programs, government liaison, hospital coordination, stakeholder management, program implementation, team management, budgeting, MIS, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of state-level programs.
- Liaise with government departments, hospitals, healthcare authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Manage program targets, MoUs, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead and supervise project teams and field staff.
- Monitor healthcare projects and ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain MIS, documentation, program data, and management reports.
- Support partnerships, CSR engagement, resource mobilization, and community initiatives.
Mandatory Qualification
Candidates must have ANY ONE of the following:
- Master of Public Health (MPH)
OR
• MBA in Hospital Management
OR
• MBA in Healthcare Management

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates should have 812 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, public health, NGOs, or the development sector, with demonstrated experience in:
Government Liaison | Hospital Coordination | Program Management | Stakeholder Management | Team Leadership | Budget Management | MIS & Reporting
Regional language proficiency will be preferred. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel.
