- B.Sc Nursing or GNM qualification is mandatory.

- Candidates with experience in handling multiple hospital departments will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable and willing to work in rotational shifts as per hospital requirements.
- Good communication, patient-care skills, teamwork, and a responsible attitude are expected.
