Current Indore Super Speciality Hospital is a 30-bedded NABH-approved multispeciality hospital committed to providing quality and compassionate healthcare to patients in Depalpur and surrounding areas.
We are looking for dedicated and skilled Nursing Staff / Staff Nurses with ICU handling experience to join our growing healthcare team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for providing quality patient care, monitoring critically ill patients, assisting doctors during procedures, and ensuring proper ICU protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU and critically ill patients.
- Monitor vital signs and patients' clinical condition closely.
- Assist doctors during ICU procedures and emergency situations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Handle and monitor ICU equipment and devices.
- Maintain proper patient monitoring and nursing records.
- Recognize and promptly report changes in patients' conditions.
- Assist with emergency and resuscitation procedures when required.
- Follow infection-control and ICU safety protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the ICU.
- Provide support and communication to patients' attendants as appropriate.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
Eligibility & Qualification
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration.
- ICU handling experience is preferred.
- Experience in critical care, emergency, or hospital settings will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Professional, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
